About Moscarino Outdoor Creations Inc.
Moscarino Outdoor Creations was established in the local suburbs of the West Side of Cleveland in 1999 and incorporated in 2003. As a young adolescent Chas Moscarino worked for his cousin Jeff who had a small lawn mowing business in the mid 90’s. As time progressed Chas went on to college and made a small investment to buy a lawn mower and a pickup truck. He eventually started working for himself with his brother Chris to pay for tuition at Baldwin-Wallace. Chris ended up at Kent State and would end up working every summer doing landscaping with Chas over the next 4 years.
As Chas and Chris expanded the company their college careers grew as well. Chas had a great opportunity to study abroad on the Universe Explorer, the Semester at Sea program where he literally had an opportunity of a life time to travel the world on a cruise ship with 700 college students for four months, a life altering adventure. Chris had great opportunities through college as he was a member of Phi Sigma Kappa and voted the Financial Advisor for the fraternity. He also became the inductor for all new members and learned quickly the responsibility of leadership, setting goals, and having responsibility.
After graduating college Chas could no longer ignore the success of his company. In 2003 he became determined to expand the company and become a leader in the industry. After Chris graduated from Kent State they set out to capture their goal of becoming the largest family owned landscape organization in the Cleveland market. From working out of their parents garage in the 90’s to in 2009 completing their first phase of their brand new facility located on over 36 acres in Columbia Station they are well on their way. In 2011 Moscarino looks to expand its reach with offices to the East suburbs of Cleveland and to the Akron market to bring their family orientated style of quality, work ethic and reputation to these communities.

Through education, training, professionalism, and customer service Moscarino Outdoor Creations became more profitable and continued to grow at an outstanding rate. In 2009 Moscarino was recognized in Lawn and Landscape Magazine for their outstanding growth in the past 4 years. In 2010 Moscarino was runner up in the Golden 30 awards for Lorain County and place in the top 10 companies for COSE’s Weatherhead 100.
